Potato Salad (...and Frank Bruno)

I freaking love the stuff. Actually, I only like my version because it is super tasty and creamy. Today's post will therefore be my (Mum's) recipe:

New potatos (500g or so)

Boiled eggs (2 per 500g potato, although I kind of do it by eye as a rough proportion of the potatos - I don't like following orders)

Spring Onions/Chives (depends how oniony you like it) lets say 4 spring onions or bundle of chives

Mayo (2 huge spoons per amount of eggs or as much as you like)

Salt and Pepper (for seasoning purposes)

Voila!

Eat it and have a hearty chuckle...d'ya know wot I mean 'Arry?

p.s. Is it potatos or potatoes? I can never decide and now that I've analysed it for so long neither or them look right!
